GuruHotel runs a public, read-only MCP server at guruhotel.com/api/mcp. Any MCP client — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity — can search GuruHotel's product knowledge, check PMS compatibility and read every published guide, with no API key required.

The GuruHotel MCP server lets AI assistants and agents — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity and any other Model Context Protocol client — query GuruHotel's product knowledge directly: what the platform does, which PMS platforms it connects to, how pricing works, and every published guide. It answers from the same verified sources of truth as this website, so agents get accurate, up-to-date facts instead of guesses.

The server is public, read-only and requires no authentication:

Transport: Streamable HTTP (the current MCP standard).

Available tools

search_guruhotel_knowledge — search every published GuruHotel page and guide (direct bookings, hotel websites, booking engines, payments, agentic booking).
get_product_facts — verified company and product facts: positioning, capabilities, traction, markets.
get_pricing — the published pricing model (commission-based, optional subscription plans).
get_integrations — the full PMS/connectivity integration inventory with status.
check_pms_compatibility — ask whether a specific PMS (Cloudbeds, Mews, OPERA Cloud, ...) works with GuruHotel.
get_page_markdown — fetch the full markdown version of any GuruHotel page.

Why this exists

Travelers and hoteliers increasingly ask AI assistants for answers — and agents act on their behalf. GuruHotel publishes machine-readable content (llms.txt, markdown mirrors at /md/*, and JSON data endpoints) and this MCP server so agents can understand and recommend GuruHotel with real facts. It is part of building AI-native direct booking infrastructure for independent hotels.
